At SpeakEazy, every item is made to order—printed just for you when you click “buy.” That means we do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective.

We stand on quality and accountability. If something goes wrong on our end, we’ll make it right. No drama. No back-and-forth.


🚫 All Sales Are Final

Because each item is printed specifically for you, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for the following:

  • Wrong size or color ordered

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Delivery delays outside our control

  • Sale, clearance, or custom items

📦 What qualifies for a replacement or refund?

If your item is:

  • Misprinted

  • Damaged

  • Defective
    ...and you notify us within 7 days of delivery, we’ll replace it or refund you—fast.


📬 To start a claim:

Email shopspeakeazy@outlook.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the issue

  • A short explanation

We’ll review your claim within 2 business days and let you know what’s next.

Note: Returns are not required. We only ask for photo evidence of the issue within 7 days of delivery so we can submit a claim to our production partner on your behalf. Once approved, a replacement or refund will be issued.

If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary by bank.
